Gold Coin Handover Process:

1) Document Submission at the address above

2) Document Verification

3) Customer to collect Gold Coin post successful document verification. We will contact you and co-ordinate the same.

4) After submission of documents, Gold coin will be delivered after 90 days from date of submission.

Terms and Conditions:

If the customer fails to collect their gold within 30 days from the due date, then demurrage charges shall be applicable upon such gold of the customer. Charges shall be applicable at rate of Rs. 50 per 10 gm per day which shall cover the cost of storage, insurance and safeguarding.

If the customer fails to collect their gold within 6 months from the due date then such gold shall be treated as forfeited by customer.
